Jesse Lerman

President and CEO

 

Jesse co-founded Princeton Server Group (PSG) in 2003 as President & Chief Executive Officer with the vision of lowering the cost and simplifying digital video appliances and systems by leveraging the rapid advances in the PC industry. After Princeton Server Group was acquired by TelVue Corporation in 2007, Jesse assumed the responsibilities of Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the combined companies and was subsequently appointed President & CEO.

Prior to PSG, Lerman was Director of Software at Video-On-Demand (VOD) pioneer, DIVA Systems Corporation, where he led the commercial release of three generations of high-performance, low latency media server software products and large-scale VOD systems for the cable market. Video servers developed by Lerman’s team served over two million subscribers of AT&T (now Comcast), Charter, and Insight’s cable television systems, making DIVA the VOD market leader.

Lerman’s professional engineering career began at Sarnoff Real Time Corporation. He was one of the original members of Sarnoff Real-time’s development team that commercialized the Princeton Engine technology for VOD and deployed the first VOD system in a Motorola head-end. Lerman holds seven U.S. patents in Video-on-Demand and video servers.

Jesse graduated with honors from Princeton University, where he received his degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mark Steele

Chief Information Officer

 

Mark Steele directs TelVue’s overall IT/infrastructure strategy, including the development of Cloud and Hosted Broadcasting infrastructure. Prior to joining TelVue, Mark worked at a variety of companies ranging from large corporations including General Electric to not-for-profits and start-ups – over time, accumulating 30 years of experience in infrastructure, software, program and process management.

In his previous position, Mark virtualized the company’s enterprise architecture by deploying a VMware ESXi infrastructure and managed a team of .net / C# / sql server developers to support cloud and hosted applications.

Mark specializes in multiple program management, infrastructure development, network administration, and strategic planning. He brings to TelVue knowledge of new process introduction, technical support, contract administration, competitive analysis, financial reporting and early/late-stage product development.

Dan Joworisak

Chief Financial Officer

 

Dan joined Princeton Server Group (PSG) in 2005 as Business Manager. After Princeton Server Group was acquired by TelVue Corporation in 2007, Dan assumed the role of Controller. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018 and named Chief Financial Officer in 2022.

Dan oversees all aspects of TelVue’s financial and business operations including accounting, reporting, analysis, planning and compliance. He is also responsible for managing the company’s human resource, purchasing and inventory functions. Dan was instrumental in restructuring TelVue into a 100% employee-owned ESOP in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rider University.
