TelVue technical support is available for non-emergency issues Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET), excluding holidays.
For emergency support issues (channel off the air), TelVue technical support is available 24 x 7 x 365 via our on-call support services.
Please call 800-885-8886 and choose option 2, and then choose 1 for after hours emergency support.
