About

Navigate to the About page by selecting the About menu option. About displays the following information about your TelVue TeleCast 2 encoder:

• Serial Number: The serial number of your TelVue TeleCast 2 hardware. The serial number identifies your specific unit including for product support.
• Release Number: The application software release version.
• Schema: The database structure version.
• Encoder Version: The encoder engine version.
• Hardware ID: The build ID of your TelVue TeleCast 2.
